Pricing Policy Order Policy Payment Policy Money Orders, Cashier's Checks, Wire Transfer, Company Checks & Personal Checks Four Door Media, Inc. accepts payment through Western Union, PayPal, money orders, cashier's checks and wire transfer in US Dollars only. Orders are processed when funds are actually cleared and deposited into our bank account. Four Door Media, Inc. cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We accept company checks or personal checks, but will only ship product when the funds clear. (7 to 10 business days typically) Shipping Policy For International Customers: International orders will be shipped via the U.S. Postal Service Air Mail, Priority or Express Mail unless you request otherwise. The S&H fee will differ from the standard (please send shipping inquiries to: Shipping@FourDoorMedia.com. Tracking information may not be available. International S&H fees will be quoted and e-mailed to our customers separately after we receive the order. All items purchased from Four Door Media, Inc. are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss, damage and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. You can purchase optional insurance through Four Door Media, Inc. via explicit written request with full payment before the shipment. Warranty Policy Four Door Media, Inc. offers a limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship for products we sell. This limited warranty on Wired and Wireless Optical Mice extends for 6 months from the date of invoice - unless stated otherwise on our product description. During the warranty period, Four Door Media, Inc. will repair or replace, at its sole discretion, any product that proves to be defective. This limited warranty does not apply to any products that are improperly handled, abused, neglected, repaired or installed by unauthorized technician. Any repair or installation not authorized by Four Door Media, Inc. in writing shall act as an implied waiver of this limited warranty and relieve Four Door Media, Inc. of any further obligation to the customer. Return Merchandise Policy To return any merchandise to Four Door Media, Inc. (regardless of the reason for the return), you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To obtain an RMA number, simply send an email to Service@FourDoorMedia.com with the following information: We will email you the approved RMA # after reviewing your request. Please send back the RMA Product(s) along with the RMA# on the package with a copy of the relevant invoices. All returns are subject to prior approval. Please Note: Products received without a RMA number may cause a delay in processing the RMA. We reserve the right to refuse or return any products we receive that do not have a RMA number.
